This part of Burnaby has a number of old and established restaurants and entertainment establishments. The Brentwood area is located near the crossroads of Lougheed Highway and Willingdon Street. The Lougheed is located at the corner of Austin Avenue and North Road near Lougheed Hwy and the border of Coquitlam. Lake City Business Centre is located along Lougheed Hwy just west of Gaglardi Way. .
